Refined focuses on small-scale painting and finishing works in lived-in spaces. Each project is approached as a whole, taking into account the home and the people who live there.
Painting Works
Not every space requires a drastic change.
Sometimes repair, refreshment or restoring balance is enough.
I carry out painting and wallpapering in lived-in spaces — bedrooms, living areas, ceilings — with attention to the substrate, detail and finishing. Working in a home where people live requires care and respect for the space.
Suitable for those who wish to have one or more rooms painted with attention to finishing and overall cohesion.
Decorative Finishes
Some spaces require more than a standard finish.
They carry an atmosphere, a function or a meaning.
Decorative techniques always start from the space itself: subtle where possible, expressive where appropriate. Not as an effect for the sake of effect, but as a reinforcement of the whole.
Particularly suitable for spaces with a personal, symbolic or calm character, such as children’s rooms, churches or institutions.
Microcement & Seamless Finishes
Microcement is a thin, seamless finish with a mineral appearance. Due to its limited thickness, it is suitable for existing spaces without major demolition work.
I apply microcement for accents in kitchens, bathrooms and living areas, with attention to build-up, detail and protection. Proper preparation is essential: the final result is only as strong as the surface beneath it.
For applications requiring extensive waterproofing, I work together with experienced specialists to ensure quality and long-term durability.
Water Damage or Leakage Restoration
Water damage requires a considered approach.
I carefully restore damaged plaster and paint layers and ensure a clean refinishing, so that the space regains its balance. If necessary, this can be coordinated with the insurance company.
The aim is not only to repair, but to restore calm to the space.
Working Method
Not every project requires the same approach.
That is why I first look at:
- the substrate
- the use of the space
- the desired atmosphere
- the technical conditions
Materials, technique and execution are carefully aligned. The result is technically sound and visually calm.
An initial introduction is without obligation. It is a moment to see whether your project and my way of working are a good fit.
